Dr. Wang earned her Ph.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has been a visiting scientist at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, as well as a visiting scholar at UCLA and the University of Sydney. She currently serves as the Country Lead for PVS China QuEST Network center in China. She worked as Consultant, Ethics Review Committee, WHO Western Pacific Region. Currently she contributes to several key academic and advisory roles including Deputy Director, Public Health Committee, STAR Working Group; Member of Primary Medical Education Committee, China Association of Medical Education, Health Management Committee, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and Society of Social Medicine and Implementation Science, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. Her research focuses on health system and service delivery, quality evaluation and improvement, as well as evidence-based health policy and management. In the past five years, she has served as Principal Investigator for projects funded by the National and Provincial Natural Science Foundations and international collaborations, and as Co-PI for several National Key R&D Programs and international projects. She has published over ninety articles in peer-reviewed journals internationally and domestically.
